The Drop Box is on the corner of the Fence and emptied every morning. 

If you have HomeServe you must call 1-855-336-2465.  
Tell the representative your GRINDER PUMP ISN'T WORKING.  Do NOT tell them your RED LIGHT is on, the Rep's won't understand what that means and will cause  confusion.

          It may take 24-48 hours for a repair

           Payment is due at the time of repair
