Energy Assistance – LIHEAP
The Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) helps eligible Pennsylvania residents with their home heating bills. This federally funded program provides assistance for heating costs, energy emergencies, and weatherization services.

Mortgage & Utility Assistance – PAHAF
The Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund (PAHAF) provides financial assistance to eligible homeowners who are struggling with mortgage payments, utility bills, property taxes, and other housing-related expenses as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
This program is designed to help prevent foreclosure and displacement by offering support to homeowners in need.

USDA Financial Assistance Programs
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) provides financial assistance to eligible low- and moderate-income households in rural areas for housing-related needs. Programs may include home repair loans and grants, home purchase assistance, and support for essential utilities and infrastructure.​
